About Wolf Trap’s Run for the Arts:
If you enjoy the thrill of crossing that finish line or are just looking for a family-friendly day at the nation’s only park for the performing arts you won’t want to miss the first annual Wolf Trap’s Run for the Arts (5k and Howl-o-ween Fun Run). The race will take place in the nation’s only national park for the performing arts. The morning will begin with a 5K race and a 1 mile fun run, culminating in a Halloween costume contest, a family-friendly Children’s Theater-In-The-Woods Performance and live musical entertainment. These events will give you the opportunity to explore the beauty and history of this former Virginia farmstead that Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts calls home.
